The elected Executive Council of SLEI-UAE. All officers serve a strict one-year term from the date of swearing-in.

Every portfolio below is constitutionally defined and required for a fully constituted administration. Vacant seats are filled by presidential appointment subject to Executive Council consultation.
President
Supreme executive head — represents the Union to embassies, sponsors and the public.
Vice President
Deputises for the President and supports strategic direction.
Secretary General
Coordinates the secretariat, records and official correspondence.
Assistant Secretary
Supports the Secretary General in documentation and communications.
Financial Secretary
Records every dirham collected, transparently and in full.
Treasurer
Custodian of all Union funds; works with the Auditor on quarterly reports.
Public Relations Officer
Voice of the Union to media and public — issues official press releases.
Organizing Secretary
Runs logistics, member mobilisation and event preparation.
Entertainment Director
Curates artistic programming, showcases and creative pipelines.
Event Coordinator
Vets and sanitises every event seeking the SLEI-UAE stamp.
Welfare Officer & Legal Adviser
Handles welfare cases, mediation, disputes and legal guidance.
Media Coordinator
Manages photography, videography and content across Union channels.
Show Promoters Representative
Voice of the promoter sector inside the Executive Council.
Auditor
Independent review of every financial statement every three months.
Disciplinary Committee
Adjudicates misconduct with strict fair-hearing due process.
Youth, Women & Sports Coordinators
Champions the youth, women and sports sub-sectors.
